This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are applicable for paid services such as business listings, advertisements, and subscriptions.
1. Service-Based Nature
KhojAll.in provides digital services such as:

As these are intangible and service-based offerings, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
2. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellations
You may cancel your listing or subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service has been activated or listing is live. -
Scheduled Listings
If your paid listing or ad campaign has not yet gone live, you may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After this period or once the listing is active, cancellation will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds for Technical Errors
If there was a technical error on our side (e.g., payment deducted but service not activated), we will verify and issue a full refund or activate the service accordingly. -
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate or excess payments made due to technical glitches will be refunded after verification. -
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:-
User changes mind after activation

Incorrect information provided during listing

Violation of terms or misuse of platform

Failure to utilize the purchased service

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method or bank processing time.
